You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself. The upscale guest home is nestled near the Green Mountain and is just a few minutes to Golden downtown or 16 minutes to Denver downtown. Quiet neighborhood with access to many walking and bicycling trails and conveniently located nearby Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, School of Mines, Colorado Mills Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Seven minutes walk to Light Rail Station.

The guest home is a newly build addition with all new appliances. It has it own private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space. It's an ideal location if you want to take the Light Rail to downtown, to Pepsi Center, to Coors Field, or to the airport. It's close to the mountain and with I-70 corridor nearby, the nearest ski resort is only about an hour away.

Perfect place to stay!
The expectations with this Guesthouse were definitely exceeded! We traveled to this area for a concert at Red Rock Amphitheater and this was the perfect place to stay. The cleanliness and coziness were above what we expected. The communication and instructions from the owner made checking in a breeze. I will also have to say the bed slept the Beat!!!! Will definitely book this VRBO again when we return for more concerts.

Wonderful little Apartment!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations are very nice, the beds (including the pull out) were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was quaint and efficient. 10/10 would stay again!

Charming guest home close to red rocks
The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the binder full of things to do in the area had me constantly exploring and having a wonderful time. At the end of each day I knew I was returning to a clean, and cozy guest home that felt welcoming. This guest home will be the first place I check for vacancy each time I return to the area.

Gem of a property
We were looking for a convenient place to stay for a Red Rocks concert when we reserved Sophia’s property. We definitely found that with a seamless shuttle ride ride from a hotel 10 minutes away but we also found so much more. The property is immaculately maintained and both comfy and cozy. The bed was great. The location is close to great shopping and we were in downtown Denver after a 20 minute ride. This is simply a gem of a find and Sophia is wonderful. Stay here if you get the opportunity. PS Sophia even provides stadium chairs to take to Red Rocks!

We came up for a night to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The location is perfect. The place is very comfortable and suited us well. Sophia is a great host and we would not hesitate to recommend this spot.

Such a clean and quiet property! Was a 10 minute drive to Red Rocks and super easy to get to! Perfect for our stay in Denver. We took a day trip to Boulder which was about 45 minutes.

Quiet neighborhood, definitely not a party house. Enjoyed the peace! Home had everything you need. Even has stadium seats if you’re going to a concert.

This property was as listed and was as good in person as it appears in photos. Clean , clean, clean, and so nice to have a kitchen to cook in and decent size bathroom. This is perfect for a couple or a couple and 2 small kids. Having access to washer and dryer was also so nice. All for about the same price as a motel room! This was a great value. Ed Gearen IV

Overall, we really loved our stay here. It was perfectly clean (and I’m picky about that), very quiet, and centrally located to all the things we were there to do - hiking, concert at Red Rocks, downtown Denver, Morrison, and Golden. The towels smelled amazing. My only critiques would be: 1) that it would be nice if the sheer shades in the kitchen were solid, 2) it needs a window covering on the front door, and 3) and the bed was also not the most comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, etc., communication and check in was a breeze. Overall, we would definitely book again. Thank you for a nice long weekend!

Great location and neighborhood. Close to Red Rocks and Denver West shopping/restaurants. This space has been nicely created at the front of the home. There is a separate entrance close to your private off street parking. Easy to check in, well lit, clean, great kitchen even without a full size oven. (counter oven) Large bath and loads of storage in both bed and bathroom. Cozy living room and easy to access streaming or TV channels. My first night I had a humidifier going which happened to set off the fire alarm, yikes, and the hosts were very gracious but concerned! Wonderful place to stay.

Great Location
Stayed for 9 amazing days. Originally from the area. Great location to Boulder, Denver, mountains, etc. Very clean, safe and kitchen is great for quick meals if needed. The pull out couch, unfortunately, we could not sleep on for more than two nights due to springs sticking out, tilting down at head area and overall uncomfortable. Had to send two people to sleep elsewhere and we can sleep just about on anything. If more than two people, would not recommend staying for long. Otherwise, great stay.

Everything you need in one place
The place was immaculate! Had all the extras and then some. It was in a super location, really cute place with upgraded kitchen and bath. We loved that there were no stairs and the parking spot was so close to the front door. It made it easy to manage for my mom with mobility issues. It was 2 minutes away from Bono’s, an Italian restaurant we stumbled across that was amazing!! If I had to pick a negative, the only thing I wasn’t nuts about was having to take our shoes off or wear plastic booties. Not sure why since floors are all hard surface and easy to clean. This was extremely difficult for my mom but, their house, their rules😄
