You’ll have access to the entire house, including the 2-car garage (fits 2 compact cars or 1 mid-sized SUV). Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet are provided. Please note this is a multi-level townhome with only one bedroom on the ground level, and all other amenities are accessible by stairs. We offer contactless check-in/out via digital keypads and 24/7 guest services.

No smoking inside or on the main level barbecue deck. Smoking is allowed on the roof deck—dispose of butts properly to avoid a $250 odor fee.
No parties. Quiet hours (10pm-8am) must be observed. Noise violations result in eviction and a $500 fine.
We welcome well-behaved pets with a $100 pet fee. Please clean up after them.

We recommend using Uber for downtown travel due to limited parking. If you drive, there are pay lots, garages, and street parking available. Downtown is pedestrian-friendly, with a free bus along 16th Street, plus light rail options.
