The unit boasts 2 King bed, and 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 1: A light and bright room with a king bed, private bathroom, and spacious closet. Bedroom 2: Features a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and a full-length mirror. Bedroom 3: Includes a queen bed and an open closet. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ Two clean, fully stocked bathrooms feature bright lighting, large mirrors, and shower/tub combos. All showers are equipped with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The open floor plan unites a modern kitchen and living area. The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel modern appliances, is perfect for any culinary endeavor. Two stools at the counter offer extra seating. The dining table, nearly 9 ft long, accommodates 8 guests, with 2 additional chairs at the bar. Natural light floods the entire floor. The open concept living room, ideal for relaxation or work, offers a huge sectional couch and unobstructed views of the spacious backyard. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The back sliding door opens to an outdoor retreat: an 8-person dining table, two stools, a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), a wood burning fire pit (wood not provided, check fire ban regulations), and 2 lounge chairs. The hot tub, though shared with downstairs guests, enhances the outdoor experience. Ample driveway and street parking available. Experience Denver with us & learn more below! This property is a duplex and you will be renting the Upstairs Unit. The Upstairs Unit is totally separate and inaccessible from the Downstairs Unit (which is also an Airbnb). Shared Space: Each unit has its own private dining area outside but we do ask that the hot tub be shared with the Downstairs Unit guests during your stay, if the Downstairs Unit is booked. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. Please park directly in front of the house or directly across the street. Please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor’s house. The space is accessible via keyless entry! The door code will be sent to you prior to check in. Enter the code then hit the lock symbol to unlock the door. Wait a few seconds prior to attempting to open the door. When leaving the unit, simply hit the lock button to lock the door. The host is available, however we like to give our guests privacy during their stay. Overall, the neighborhood is great! It's important to note that our property is located in a residential area and is close to a school and an intersection. While there may be occasional traffic noise during certain times of the day, it significantly reduces during quiet hours. Please be respectful and considerate, especially during these quiet hours, as our direct neighbors are elderly couples. A car is best suited for getting around this area. Plenty of parking available! The property is on a corner lot and there is one off-street parking spot and plenty of safe street parking! Please park directly in front of the house or directly across the street. DO NOT park in front of the neighbor's house. Parking Limit: 3 cars for each booked guest group. If you would like to avoid driving during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home. The area is bike-able and both Lyft & Uber operate in the area. The home is equipped with a smart thermostat that can be adjusted remotely - message your host with your preferred temperature. The house only has one thermostat so we try to keep the space around 70 degrees. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors and downstairs guests is very important. No parties please! If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500. Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Tuesday. The hot tub crew usually stops by every Tuesday. Please avoid using the hot tub for 24 hours after the hot tub cleaning, as per the cleaning company's recommendation. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Friday. - The trash company collect garbage every Friday morning or on Saturday.

The house is clean, bed and pillows were super comfy, and has a cool yard with table, chairs, corn hole, fire pit and bbqs. Michael was quick to respond to questions and help out. Good customer service!

Visiting our first great grandchild in Denver.
The house is in a convenient location and a nice residential neighborhood. It has a fenced backyard with a patio, cover grill for cooking out. The spacious inside had nice living room and A very cushy large couch The kitchen and dining area were bright, with every thing needed and everything clean and convenient. Bathrooms were great to have two of them. Two bedrooms and a small study. The only complaint is that mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable in both bedrooms. I ended up sleeping on the couch every night and my husband didn’t get a decent nights sleep the whole time.

It was a beautifully decorated and clean house. The couch was so comfortable we asked the owner where he got it. The airport, stores and the main roads were easily accessible from this property. Michael, the owner was very responsive and easygoing.

Super attractive and comfortable home!
We had an extremely nice stay at Michael’s property. The decorating and furnishings were even nicer than they appeared in the photos. The living area is completely open to the kitchen and dining areas for a very spacious feel. The appliances were great. The mid century modern decor is lovely. Michael was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. He was super great to work with and I highly recommend booking a stay at his home!
