Cute apartment. Hard to find. Somewhat sketchy neighborhood.
We stayed in commerce city at Jeff’s little VRBO. We appreciated the fact that we could bring the dogs and being close to Denver and skiing areas. The neighborhood was not snow plowed at all so the drive in was very bumpy and icy. We almost got stuck on the way in with the Kia Soul that we drive. We stayed for two nights and the neighborhood was not the nicest but the inside of the apartment was clean. The shower curtain would not stay up so showers were somewhat difficult. The bed was comfortable and the appliances were nice. Our only concern was the location with crime being somewhat of an issue in commerce city and the shower curtain not staying up. I would give it a 3.5/5

This is not a house. It was in a connected stream of poorly maintained units. The weeds were knee high and the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and were located within 10 yards of the front door. Can not recommend this property.

This property had the essential needed for my family of 4 and located close enough to attractions without being right in the city.
