This is a great out of the ordinary space within the city it is perfect for the two of us. Has little extra perks like bottled water, etc. Nate is great to work with also, perfect host.

This is a wonderful place to stay and not be in the busy city. Quiet and peaceful. Short drive to Red Rocks, hiking, scenic drives, etc. Very comfy and cozy. We hope to stay here again!

Great place off the beaten path
We were there for few day vacation and enjoyed our stay for its convenient location central to areas we wanted to visit like Estes Park and Denver. The listing was as promised and it was a nice, quiet place to stay for two people. The host answered our questions quickly and was available to extend our stay one day when needed. I would stay here again and recommend it for traveling to the Denver area!

It’s a cozy little place, but plenty of space for what we needed. It’s easy to get to and conveniently located nearby Golden, Denver, and Boulder. All the amenities mentioned in the listing were accurate, clean and in good working order.

What a great place! It’s not a problem to get into Denver, and it’s very nice to leave all the traffic behind! The little studio is great and the host Nate was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I had a nice time staying at this Vrbo. It’s so hard to find a listing that gives you real privacy without paying an arm and a leg, so I was really satisfied with this one. The pictures and description are accurate and the location is convenient. Nate let us check-in early which was very considerate and communication with him was pleasant. I’d stay here again for sure.

My husband and I stayed here while on a child free trip to go to Red Rocks. We explored Morrision, Golden and Boulder. This rental was in the perfect location to get to all those areas. The host was quick to reply and very helpful with recommendations.

Great little place
We loved this place, was looking for something out away from the hustle and bustle of everything and this was perfect. There was three of us and the size was perfect to just a little over crowded, 4 would be hard to accommodate. Loved the outside sitting area and got to view a beautiful sunrise, the horses was a great bonus. We will come here again when we are in the area.

Nice property in the country but close to Denver
Very nice property, rural and quiet. The room was clean and the property manager was very responsive. It was a really nice reprieve from the noise and crowded city neighborhoods and close to the foothills for outdoor activities. So much nicer than staying in a busy hotel. I will be back!

Exactly as described by others and pictured. The whole place is an open floor plan so the beds do not have a private bedroom area. A perfect place for a young family or couples. We enjoyed looking at the horses and general homey friendly neighborhood. My first experience with VRBO was very pleasant.

Arvada Acres is Great
This cozy little apartment was perfect for me and my husband. Everything you could want to make you feel like you are home, including little extras like qtips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, zip locks and bottled water in the fridge...nice tv and bed was comfy. Beautiful view of the Rockies from the deck and super convenient to a lot of areas of interest including Red Rocks. Nathan is a super host and prompt to respond. Horse lovers will fall in love with this ranch because they're right outside your door. Host even offered up ideas for places to visit for us. We appreciated everything and would highly recommend this place to stay while visiting Colorado. Thanks again for everything, If we go back this is the place that we will stay again.

Wonderful Stay!
We had the perfect stay for my husband's 50th birthday. The property is exactly as listed-- It is clean, safe, cozy, very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with everything we needed. It is located just outside the city on a horse ranch, with a view of the mountains making it an authentic Colorado experience. The property is conveniently located near Red Rocks, restaurants, stores, and many outdoor area activities and easy to navigate to all these locations. Nate is an incredible host, very welcoming, personable and responsive. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you, Nate, for a wonderful stay!
