Spacious family abode
My family and stayed here while attending a wedding. This place is beautiful and very spacious. If you are looking to come to the Denver area, I highly recommend this place as it is clean, near several restaurants and attractions, and the property manager was extremely easy to work with.

Place was great, tv in front room as well as in a bedroom or two would be nice. Maybe hang tv over fireplace so view from kitchen. Clean out garage or cut back tree so others can pull in. Deck could use some work, not what it looks like in the picture. Place was nice, clean, just a couple ideas to make it even better!

Family wedding trip
My family traveled from around the country for a wedding and this house was absolutely perfect for all of us. The housenwas beautiful, the furnishings amd beds were nice and comfortable, and the backyard was great for the kids to run around. Anything we needed was close by. Host was bery communicative and a gracious host. We would absolutely stay here again and i would certainly recommend this property.

Wedding home base
We were in town from California for our son's wedding and stayed here for 9 days. Our family filled every corner of this wonderful house and loved it! Such a comfortable and well-equipped home. Our host Melat was phenomenal in her communications before and during our stay - prompt, friendly and thorough. Entirely focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. She even telephoned me proactively at one point to clarify certain details. AND, she provided some grocery essentials so that we were set upon our first arrival. Above and beyond, Melat went out of her way to provide baby essentials for our 12 month old grandson. So appreciated! I am generally not a 5-star guy, but I would happily give a higher rating for both this home and for Melat. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever in need of a large Denver home-away-from-home. Thank you Melat for taking good care of us during our stay. :)

We had two families and two great grandparents at the property for a week. We were in town for a wedding and this property suited our needs greatly. There was plenty of room, sufficient kitchen supplies and plenty of hot water for the three showers. The house is in an excellent location to enjoy exploring Denver and the front range towns.

Everything was pristine! Melat is a terrific host. Had lights and light music on when we arrived, snacks and breakfast foods waiting for us. Such a treat. We felt pampered! Lots of space to hang out together or to have privacy. Highly recommend this location and host. :)

In town for family wedding
This home was perfect for our large group of family & friends. It's spacious, comfy, very clean and had all the extras you would hope for and then some. Greeted with jazz on the stereo and champagne on the counter. So many staples stocked, it made cooking easy. We had a family get together on our last day and really enjoyed the huge deck where we all fit. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms were great. The bride and several of her brides maids used the master suite to get ready on the day of the wedding. Our host was super easy to communicate with and went the extra mile. I highly recommend this gem of a place. Bravo & Cheers Melat!

Lovely Home
The home was as beautiful as you see in the pictures, the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. We even got complimentary wine, fruit, water and coffee. No wasting time running to the store to get anything. There was space for everyone and the best part, there was no chore list when checking out. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Denver.

Amazing stay!!
My family and I traveled to Denver to visit family for Easter weekend! Melat made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. She was very communicative! The amenities here were perfect and she even had things here for us we didn’t know we needed! 9 of us stayed in this house and we were all VERY comfortable! We will be staying here again the next time we all fly out! Highly recommend!!
