- NOTE: The property operates on well water and a septic system and as such, it is very different than being in the city and on public water and a sewer system. It is not possible to run the washer, dishwasher, and showers all at the same time. This drops the water pressure to a low state. It is possible to stagger your use of these items and use them all during your stay
- NOTE: The home does not have air conditioning which is very common for mountain homes. The owners encourage you to open the windows which all have screens to allow airflow, turn on ceiling fans, and use the portable fans provided
