GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Full access and privacy of the home through the front door. We will send further instructions. Step inside and be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is cozy and inviting, with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table that seats six, perfect for sharing meals and making memories.

The Neighborhood:
Peaceful neighborhood near Regis University. It is located in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and activities for the whole family.

Getting Around:
Best way to get around is by car or uber. Denver also has a great light rail system with plenty of convenient stations throughout the state.

Other Things to Note:
We are looking forward to hosting your stay. The long term tenant below has their own separate and private entrance, there are no shared spaces within the home.
