Had a surgery in the area. Stayed here for a little over a week and a half. First week was perfect very quiet and no complaints. Last 2-3 days had a very loud individual in the room above us. Couldn’t sleep with the noise of stomping all night.

When i checked in, the guy was super nice, polite, and helpful. The rest of our stay, the different guy was rude three different times. One time because i wanted to buy a bottle of water with cash, and he lazily didn’t want to get the cash drawer out. Both mornings at the Starbucks, it literally took 27 minutes for a nonfat latte and 29 minutes the next morning for 2 black coffees. No one else was there. The lady working obviously hasn’t been trained. She was nice, but lost. And the rude receptionist just watched and did nothing to help. This is why employees quit. Facilities were very nice. Had to call maintenance because our fridge, microwave, and 4 plugs didn’t work, but he was fast and super nice! We will stay here again if the rude guy doesn’t work there.
