Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Quiet residential neighborhood, no public transportation is available, Located on open space with a large deck area, good area views, located appx 30 miles from downtown Denver, 60 miles to Colorado Springs, 80 miles to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone.
