The house definitely met our needs for our stay, we were visiting with our family for the holidays. My grandkids liked the bunk beds and the close proximity to the playground at the community center behind the house. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Cat fish listing. None of the photos matched the property appearance. Listing pictures make it a 10/10. Actually furniture and appearance 3/10. I hate writing a bad review but I need to be honest with future renters. Felt like I was staying in a frat house. Broken chair. AC didn't work. False advertising.

The property was clean (sheets and towels) and the host was pleasant. However, the property in the photos when I booked was not what we got and I feel were misleading. The property needs a lot of TLC!! When we arrived the house was 77 degrees inside so there are issues with the central heating/air (maybe needs some Freon?). To compensate, the house had 2 portable air conditioning units with hoses going out the window (I question how secure that was): one in the living room and one in the bedroom which blocked the area around the bed in the master. Luckily there were fans for each bedroom but one had a broke blade and not usable. The curtain rod in the living room was loose, drooping in the middle and a window was cracked. The table in the kitchen had a leg loose (my husband fixed that) and one of the chair backs was broke so we couldn’t use it. The yard also needed some TLC but the covered parking was a plus! This would be a great place if it was maintained better.

Relaxed Visit

Jeff was very attentive to our needs and was very quick to react to a small inconvenience. Everything was great for a relaxing stay and located in an extremely convenient, comfortable neighborhood. We will certainly be looking him up again for our next trip to Littleton.

Short get away

WORST place ever don’t be fooled it’s highly over priced It was poorly kept the yard was overgrown with weeds …the inside looked like the cleaning crew didn’t do a good job crumbs on the table the towels had hair int them … but the biggest problem was the A/C was broken I talked with the A/C technician and he said he was struggling to get it running … the place was nearly 90 degrees and when I asked the host about it he tried to play it off as normal maintenance when clearly the technician had the unit pulled almost completely apart … I went to home depot and bought an A/C unit just to make the place stay cool enough to stay … when I asked Jeff the host about it he said the previous gust didn’t say anything and there were fans in the closet if it was uncomfortably hot !!!WORST place I’ve ever stayed !!! Run away from this one

Not Charming

The pictures and description of this property are inaccurate. The photos make the house feel light and charming. Actually, the sofas are deep brown and the walls are gray. The house is dark and not at all as it appears in the photos. We found several items in disrepair. In one King bedroom, the tv would not connect to the wifi, the second King bedroom, the headboard is not attached correctly and gives the room a crooked house look.The bathroom towels are threadbare and rough and the bathtub is so slick, you have to hold on to prevent a fall. In the living room, a curtain rod is broken, therefore the curtains give you a sad smile. In the breakfast area, the back of one chair is broken. If the diner leans back, the back of the chair gives way.The yard vegetation was tall enough to lose your dog’s ball.And the air conditioner did not work.Although we had paid for 4 nights, we spend one 85 degree night and checked into a hotel on day 2, spending 3 nights elsewhere.The owner advised us that the air conditioner was repaired on the 3rd day of our visit, but we did not return.

Not as advertised

Sadly this place did not look as nice as the photos. We felt very similar to a review left a few months ago. It felt and smelled dirty and did look as nice as the photos. They do allow pets which is probably nice but there was clearly animal hair all over the couch ( which was torn up from cats) and on the kitchen chairs. There were a few of things that were broken or falling apart and should be taken care of. The owner did offer to have the place cleaned again, but we planned to stay 3 nights and only stayed 1 since we did not feel comfortable and that the place was accurately described or looked like the photos. We asked for a partial refund and hope to receive some money back since we booked elsewhere. I hope they can refresh/ replace items and give it a good clean for future guest.

Rental in Littleton, CO

Pictures did not represent where we stayed. Furniture was pretty beat up. Kitchen pans and dishware old. Yard was a mess.

Not the property we rented

We went to the property we rented to see there was a car in the driveway. We had driven 12 hours and were ready to rest. We checked in to find out we had a different address to go to. This new property did not have a fenced yard for usage and had people living below with quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. We got in late and had to leave early. We were not happy or impressed but didn’t want to deal with it late at night. We had to come back through and avoided these properties to rent from.

Stay was okay

We asked to check-in an hour early and told cleaning crew was there, the house was musty and seemed like it had been closed up for some time, it was clean but didn't look like they had just been there. We did like the pet policy and everything else was good. On the last night the cops has someone pulled over in front of the house with guns drawn, a bit scary but that is not on the owners of the property.

They Do Not Care About Tou

The house smelled.It immediately appeared the VRBO was set up with the bare minimum requirements. Wires hung from walls and laid on the floor as a trip hazard. We couldn't use one bedroom fan due to the noise it made. We had to remove the globe and unscrew the lightbulb in another fan in order to get the light off while fan was in use. The kitchen table could not be moved due to a large air conditioner blocking it, so only one person could sit there. One of the chairs back was held up by the wall. You could not sit there. The mattresses were vere very uncomfortable and felt like futons. My husband slept on the couch it was so bad. The toilet has a leak so the water in the tank never stopped running. The VRBO owner does not care about you. They just want your money. We left a day early because we could not stay there.
