Welcome to my mid-century bungalow in Arvada! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's walking distance to trendy Olde Town Arvada. Here you'll find so many delicious local restaurants, fun shops and the light rail station that will take you directly to Union Station! Coming from the airport or to the mountains? Access to I-70 is less than a mile!

The home is updated with central AC/heat, new appliances, new washer and dryer and a sweet functional kitchen with eat in bar. The master suite boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and dual vanity sinks. The smart TV's and desks means you'll be well equipped to relax or take care of your remote work. You'll be more than comfortable here and perfectly situated to explore all that the Denver area has to offer (without being in the thick of it)!

Cute and had everything we needed
Nice place to stay while we were in town with friends to see a concert. Just the right amount of space for 4 adults. Fridge was stocked with bottled water. Master bedroom/bathroom appeared to be recently updated. Lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you!

Arvada Gem
Our stay was wonderful. We stayed here during a work trip to Denver. Our host left wonderful restaurant recommendations and a few welcome treats upon arrival. The home was well laid out for our group of adults and was very clean. Arvada itself was a gem of an area with fun restaurants and nice vibe. There was good communication as needed from our host. We plan to stay again!
