Welcome to our 2-bedroom retreat. A separate entrance opens into spacious, basement level unit renovated in 2023. It is flooded with plenty of light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Both bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample closet space. One has a office desk.
Its prime location makes it easy for you to explore Denver's most popular attractions. Easily walk to beautiful parks, the Denver Zoo, museums and experience an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and shops.
The neighborhood is known for its relaxed attitude, tree-lined streets and most of Denver's historic mansions, as well as proximity to Denver's best parks and attractions. With a walk score of 92 and a bike score of 97, this place is ideally located. Numerous coffee shops, ice cream parlors, local restaurants and bars, grocery stores are within a few blocks.
The space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families.
You'll have a private entrance and street parking.
The unit was newly completely renovated and furnished in 2023. Everything is new and up-to-date.
There are 2 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and a stand-alone closet. It also offers a desk if you are here on business. The other bedroom has a full bed and a stand-alone closet.
The bathroom is small but features a shower and comes stocked with all of the daily essentials. There is a clothes iron, ironing board and hair dryer also available.
The living area has a large flat-screen Smart TV with Roku streaming (no cable though). Please feel free to take (and lend) any books from the bookcase.
The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge, sink, toaster oven, microwave, blender, cutting boards, coffee maker, complementary coffee, electric kettle, complementary tea and all other kitchen related necessities. No oven or hotpad! We've provided menus for the very long list of nearby restaurants and bars nearby.
Our internet is very reliable and fast.
The apartment is cool in summer months and warm when it's cold out. Each room has a programmable thermostat.
Enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment during your stay with a separate side entrance to let you come and go in peace. While the backyard and front yard are reserved for our family's use, you'll have full access to the indoor space.
We will send you the code for the keypad so no worries if you need a late check-in - there's no need to coordinate your schedule with us.
Our historic house, built in 1904, has been completely renovated in 2023. We reside above the unit. Soundproofing has been installed between each living space to dampen any noise yet it is not perfect. Please observe our quite hours from 9pm to 7am. If you require absolute silence, we cannot guarantee it during our presence.
We want you to enjoy all Denver has to offer on your own. That being said, I was born and raised in Denver and have traveled across the entire state. I am happy to respond to any questions or or give you my thoughts about any places you want to visit. Just ask!
Located in Congress park, it is one of the safest neighborhoods in the Denver area known for its beautiful historic homes, parks, and numerous shops and restaurants.
Within walking distance or minute drive:

3. Grab a bite to eat. There are 30+ restaurants ranging from fast casual to three of the top rated restaurants in Denver
4. Take in the sights at the Denver Botanic Gardens

Within a 10-15 minute drive you can dine and shop at the Cherry Creek and the Cherry Creek Mall, cheer on the Broncos, Nuggets, Rockies and Avalanche, visit the Colorado State Capitol building and take in the panoramic mountain views, tour of the Molly Brown House Museum, attend a conference at the Denver Convention Center and see the most current exhibitions at the Denver art museum.
There is street parking. During certain periods of the day/year it may be limited. There is a farmers market on Saturday mornings during the summer. During the weekdays, traffic picks up due to the nearby high school.
Please note, the entrance to the unit is via the home's original side entrance. The door height is 6 feet and the stairs into the unit are steep.
