Wonderful stay!
The house is large, spacious, clean, and have plentiful of beds to sleep large number of people. The location is not too far from retail stores, gas station, and shopping center. We had a great stay.

Perfect Location
Came in from Texas to celebrate a birthday with our Colorado family and it was perfect! It’s so close to the airport and that worked out so good. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and gather as well. House had everything we needed. Our host was very helpful as well and answered all my questions. Will come back!

Fantastic house!
This is a beautiful house, just as shown in the photos. I stayed with my 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. The location was great for our day trips to Boulder and Denver activities. I loved having room for family activities along with space to be alone if desired.

Great stay
We were 5 senior citizen ladies with 50 year friendship from college and we chose this property for our 7th annual get together! We loved the home, it was so spacious and wonderfully stocked! The 5 bedrooms gave us all personal space. The sunsets from the back deck were spectacular! Location is so convenient to downtown Denver, Boulder and the flat iron area! Great area restaurants and a great trip! Home was clean and we enjoyed this home.

Everything was perfect for our large family in town for a wedding. There were plenty of room for everyone and room to be away from each other when needed. The kitchen was well stocked! Living room areas were comfortable and plentiful. Would love to come back again someday. The yard was really nice to sit outside and enjoy dinner and watch the sunset from the deck or yard. It was beautiful!! All the pictures represented the house accurately. Check in and out were very easy and painless!!

It was excellent. Everyone felt they had enough space to be able to “get away” every now and then while also having several central spaces to hang out/chat in. The beds were also very comfortable. I think the only critique we could even find was just that it took us a day or two to figure out how to use the sink 😂

Fantastic House!
This house is beautiful, just as in the photos. I stayed with my two daughters and four grandchildren. There was plenty of room for group activities and spaces to be alone when desired. We did a lot of things in Denver and Boulder, and they were easy to get to from the house. I had a couple questions that were very quickly answered by the owners and their agents. Great people and great place. I highly recommend it!

OUTSTANDING! ABOVE AVERAGE!
This house was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from CU Boulder (a little bit far but so worth it). 8 guests, more than enough space, all the niceties were on point and perfect. Unfortunately the weather was uncooperative, therefore the amazing patio and deck with BBQ was unused :( We were able to park our cars in the garage which saved them from the giant hail! Highly recommend!

Brighton B-Day Surprise
The house was as listed. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy time yourself even from a large party. The appliances were fairly new and worked great. The kitchen and pantry were fully stocked. There were 5 sleeping spaces available. 3 bed rooms upstairs and 2 in the basement. One of the rooms in the basement contained 2queen size beds.. but no door or closet. The only issue was there is only one thermostat, so if you attempt heat the basement, you cook every one upstairs.. There was a room that was locked with a chain and bolt lock. One of our friends is law enforcement, so she was a bit curious about the lock. LoL. We are all from California so the temperature was very cold for us. We got locked out because the garage code did not work, so it took about 45 mins for the customer service contact to help us out. We just about froze. Overall, the trip was amazing. We highly recommend this property..

Classy! Comfortable!
Me and my husband celebrated our son’s 1st birthday with our closest friends and family in this beautiful home. All we could think of was what we need to do to have a home of our own just like this one! Our littles enjoyed the bathtub and comfy bed with us! We also bought new darts to spend some time in the basement area having fun with the family! I definitely hope to visit again! Beautiful neighborhood and the home smelled AMAZING my clothes even came home smelling like it lol

We have a small staff, and every year we do a short retreat. For the past few years we had been looking for houses that we could all stay in together and came across this one this year. This was perfect for us! It had plenty of space, as well as seating throughout the house. It was clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful cozy home
This house was everything we were looking for . We are a traveling softball team and we wanted a house to stay at that we could relax, be comfortable, cook and just enjoy the scenery. It is a great location if you want to be a tourist which we were to get to different areas of Colorado. We are hoping to get to stay again next year with our team and hopefully with our family.
