The Denver Airport and Red Rocks Amphitheater are easily accessible - making this a hotspot for following your favorite musician.
Back at your stay, walk inside, and explore the four floors. The bottom level boasts a private office space with an en suite bathroom - ideal for remote workers. On the home's second level, you'll find the main living area composed of a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Stream all of your favorite TV shows amidst the living room's gas fireplace and soft seating. When you get hungry, prepare delicious dishes with the help of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, KitchenAid appliances, and gleaming countertops. A half bathroom is available off the kitchen, and another desk is available on this level as well.
The third level houses the three bedrooms, equally plush with their soft linens, blackout curtains, noise machines, and ample storage space. The fourth level of the home is the rooftop deck - warmed by the glow of twinkle lights this space offers a truly special spot to sit back and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, in-home gym equipment, and board games round out the interior amenities.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
