Fantastic stay!!
Everything about this house was great, from the owner communication to the location. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The location was central to everything we did the the Denver area. Would recommend a 1000%!!

Great place to begin and end a trip West
We stayed at this place to bookend a trip out West. It was a perfect starting and ending point. House is really nice and host very responsive. We especially enjoyed the firepit.

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and charming and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and good showers. We would definitely recommend this property, and will stay here again on our next trip.

The house was perfect for us! As a fellow short term rental host, I am pretty aware when things are not up to snuff. Our host did everything right, and we very much enjoyed our stay there. I would definitely stay here again!

We really appreciated the little touches of amenities and homey feel (including a sweet message on the fridge šŸ˜Š). The house was spacious and very clean - I would LOVE that backyard in the summer, although it was pretty terrific with the fire pit in the winter as well! Would definitely stay here again; Julia was lovely!!

Beautiful Property
This is the best VRBO property Iā€™ve stayed at. Julia, the property owner has thought of everything. The outdoor space is just wonderful including a nice fire pit.

Great little house close to our Aunt on Tennyson street. The fenced in front and back yards were great. Beds were super comfortable and sheets very nice. Kitchen was open and easy to use. The outdoor spaces are amazing! Great place to share with family!

Home away from home.
My Mother and I spent 6 nights here after a 9 day road trip. This place was perfect for our needs. We relaxed, cooked, watched streaming services, and used the house as a base for our daily activities. The property is exactly as advertised, well appointed and comfortable to stay at. Communication with Julia was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

Great Base Camp!
With music to see in Louisville and at Red Rocks, we needed a place big enough to serve as a 'base camp' for us and our friends. This place was perfect! Well layout for our party of 6, plus a great back yard set up gave us great downtime between outings! I would highly recommend it.

We were so impressed by the house. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly for us. The basement bedroom, and bathroom allowed for some privacy. The outside areas were great. Communication with Julia was exceptional.

The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. We thought we might have to stay extra due to a snow storm coming in and she stayed in touch to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be back ā¤ļø

Perfect and peaceful
Our stay was wonderful - the home was pristine and very comfortable. We were here during an unusually rainy period, so we weren't able to use the outdoor spaces as much as planned. The back yard and covered patio were wonderful - comfortable seating, private and peaceful. The gas fireplace was a nice bonus. Julia was very responsive when we needed to reach out with questions. We will stay again, if in the Denver area.

Great Home Base
Excellent location. Clean, larger than expected and centrally located. Explored RMNP, Garden of the Gods & Pikes Peak. Comfortable beds and great outdoor space. Kitchen well stocked and lower level bedroom and bath great for Grandma. Only suggestions would be ability to turn off outside lights for those of us not used to lots of light. Also, fire pit would not ignite and no lighter(battery needed?). The upstairs shower has a leak in the wall which I am sorry to report, for this may not be an easy fix. Linens and towels all new and furnishings exceptional. Overall, great VRBO! Butterfly Pavilion was an added bonus to our last day.
