New, private, guest suite with queen sized bed, desk, and a private entrance. Features within the design are meant to provide a comfortable functional space during your stay. The studio includes comfortable bedding, dimmable table lamps with USB outlets, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, air conditioner, heating and 9-foot ceilings.

Perfect location to access downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, Red Rocks Amphitheater and much more. Our unique neighborhood has many wonderful shops and restaurants that are fun to explore. Just a short stroll will bring you to Rocky Top Sports Bar & Grill, Goldspot Brewing Company, Brooklyn's Pizza, and Regis University,

Quiet, family neighborhood. We are not 420 friendly so please book accordingly.

Family visit in Denver
This is a charming studio, and I was honored to be the first guest. The host left an unexpected welcome basket and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. It worked well for me since it was only 6 blocks from my neice's home who I was visiting. I highly recommend it!
