You can watch the sunrise over the lake or take a morning walk on the trails. The great room is perfect for entertaining large or small gatherings alike. Hang out at the island, or lounge on the oversized couch, while taking in the views with the floor to ceiling windows. The open yet formal dining area can host any holiday or dinner. Offered is a main floor Master bedroom with a King Bed and en suite, equipped with a full bath and shower, soaking tub and luxurious walk in closet. Also on the main floor, is another bedroom with a Queen Bed and full bathroom. You'll also find a large laundry room located centrally on thew main floor. Head down stairs, and find a third large bedroom with a King Bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. Wonderful Stay
The home was very comfortable for my family. The basement is a fun hangout space to watch tv or play games. The main level is also very nice. The surrounding area is great with a grocery store and good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, spacious in quiet neighborhood
This is a modern home in recently built neighborhood, with every amenity I could think of. The area is very quiet at night. Easy access to many nearby trails along the Front Range, and also to the Rockies. Nearby large supermarket and limited selection of restaurants. Patio faces East from elevated position so sunrise views are unblocked. Rabbits come to feed in the yard.

Wonderful, Relaxing Stay
From the host to the property, we could not have ask for anything more. House was set up perfectly for our large family of 9. Everyone had their own area to “get away”. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed. Plenty of towels and linens. The location was between downtown Denver and the mountains. Perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Colorado Family Trip
The house was a great fit our family needs while in Denver. Plenty of space, close to activities, well equipped and offered beautiful views. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for the cooks. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the Colorado scenery. Susan was great to work with and available if needed. Thanksgiving family trip
Easy communication with host who was very responsive even on a holiday. Roomy and comfortable. Nice towels and plenty of them. Double ovens were a real plus for cooking Thanksgiving meal. Had snow and very cold temperatures while we were there, so it was nice to have the garage. One tip - use winter formula windshield washer fluid in your car to prevent freezing!! Our mistake :( Overall a nice stay.

Wonderful trip for my son’s wedding
The view was wonderful, nice covered patio with gas fire pit, fenced small yard for our little dog too. The house was clean, roomy and had every amenity you could ask for. Susie was always available for answering any questions also. Location was great.. close to King Sooper grocery Really the perfect place to gather for my son’s wedding. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

We stayed with a group of 10 teens for one night as they got used to the altitude from Florida! They left for a week in Fraser and we stayed for a few more days being tourists! Had an amazing time and loved the nights on the back porch with the firepit, girlfriends and wine. I would recommend this house for all ages. It is an amazingly close drive to Red Rocks, Boulder, Downtown Denver, Golden and the train! Thanks for a great trip and we will be back!

Perfect stay right outside Denver!
I rented this VRBO for a friend's trip up to Denver. The VRBO was perfectly close to the city, yet not too far from Breckinridge (about a 1.5 hr drive). The VRBO was very clean and was equipped with everything a group of 10 needed. Susie was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend renting here.

Graduation Celebration
This home provided a wonderful place to gather out of state family to celebrate our daughters university graduation. We hosted accommodations for 10 and a dinner for 16 with ample room for games and celebration. Our stay here was quite comfortable. The house is cozy yet classy and has high end furnishings that give it a class of luxury. Remote controlled blinds, lights, and ceiling fans; European handheld shower devices, high thread count comfortable bedding, high quality highly absorbent Turkish towels and much much more! I would definitely stay here again and had no complaints. There was some snow when we visited, and it was super nice that we could use the garage. I've rented properties before where the garage was not accessible, but that wasn't the case at this property. Five stars all around, very peaceful, safe, quiet, and clean neighborhood. The host, Suzy, was very responsive and accommodating!
