Enjoy Aurora while staying in our private guest suite! We are the main residents of the property upstairs, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished downstairs private guest space while you explore the city! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
The space
Your space will include two modern comfortable queen size beds that have clean cozy linens with a closet, hangers, iron & board. Furthermore, there is a stylish couch that pulls out and converts to another queen size bed so it can sleep 6 people. A small fridge, microwave, keriug coffee maker, and water heater have been set up for all your dining needs as well as dishes and utensils. The large bathroom is updated and glamorous with a complimentary hairdryer for your convenience. Finally, we put a task desk and chair there for any projects or work.

Street parking is available in front of the property, the entrance to the guest unit is through the main garage door. I may need to arrange a time to use it if your stay is a week or longer.
The neighborhood
Aurora is Colorado's most diverse city with nearly 20% of the residents being foreign-born, which has enabled a delicious melting pot of foods!
Down the road, just .4m is Pupuses House for delicious Salvadoran food and the Athenian Restaurant for Greek Food. 10 min drive away in the busy Havana corridor are the popular Nile Ethiopian Restaurant and Dae Gee Koren BBQ. Of course, Colorado is also known for its brewpubs and we have our very own, Six Capital Brewing, just .4m up the road.
Our closest grocery stores are Walmart Neighborhood Market (.6m), King Soopers (.7m) or Safeway (1.4m).
We are very fortunate to be surrounded by parks and Cherry Creek State Park is a short drive away (or bike the spillway trail) for hiking, biking, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and fishing! Aurora is also the gateway to the Rockies with many activities a day trip away, and is just a short 20-minute drive to most Denver has to offer including Denver Botanical Gardens (9.3m), Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge (15m), the new Meow Wold arts experience (17m), and you can catch a game at Coors Field (18m).
Our home is located on a cul de sac, with peaceful neighbors and a lot of them are dog lovers too and conversation between the pups can often be heard. Many of the children enjoy riding bikes around the cul de sac in the evenings after school and their laughter can be quite refreshing. Overall it's a fun, lively yet tranquil, family-friendly environment.
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Please note this is a private lower-level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
The home's only laundry facilities are in the guest unit, and therefore if your stay is a week or longer I may need to arrange a time to access the unit to run a load of laundry.
The entrance to the unit goes through the garage, this is personal storage but if you have anything you'd like to leave there such as bikes or snow equipment just let me know!
