Summary:
The house has five comfy King beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. For additional accommodation, a pullout couch and an air mattress are also available. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, allowing guests to unwind in private comfort. Fully equipped kitchen to enjoy delicious dinners. There is a long term tenant that lives below, she has her own separate and private entrance.
Easy access to Elitches, Ball Arena, Mission Ballroom, Denver Zoo, Denver Aquarium, & Coors Field.
The Space:
Our home offers a spacious and welcoming environment for you and your group to relax in during your stay in Denver. Spread out across two levels, the first floor features a large living area with comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. There is a nice desk area for those who need to get a little work done. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area seats six guests.
Upstairs, you'll find five bedrooms with luxurious king-sized beds, providing a restful night's sleep. The shared bathroom features a shower and tub combination and is stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to our house with no shared spaces inside the home, including five bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
The tenant that lives below has her own separate and private entrance, you will most likely never see her.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the charming neighborhood of Denver, known for its tree-lined streets, beautiful parks, and friendly community. It's conveniently situated near a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer.
Within walking distance, you'll find a number of great local eateries and coffee shops, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies for your convenience. There are also several parks nearby, perfect for a morning jog or an afternoon picnic.
For those looking to explore Denver's cultural offerings, the Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, and other galleries and museums are just a short drive away. Sports fans will also appreciate the close proximity to Sports Authority Field at Mile High and Coors Field, home to the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies respectively.

Our home is conveniently located near major transportation routes, making it easy to get around Denver and beyond. The nearest bus stop is close, with regular services to downtown Denver and other destinations throughout the city.
If you're traveling by car, there is street parking available near the house, for up to two cars. Denver is also a bike-friendly city, and there are several bike rental services available nearby.
For those flying into Denver, the Denver International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and there are several shuttle services available for transportation to and from the airport.
We recommend using ridesharing services such as Uber or Lyft for getting around the city, as they are easily accessible and affordable. Additionally, there are several car rental agencies located within a short drive from the house.
No matter how you choose to get around, our home is a great base for exploring Denver and all it has to offer.
