PLEASE NOTE, this is not a party house. Due to an unpleasant experience, NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome, groups of college students are advised to look elsewhere.

We very much enjoyed the back patio and firepit and the master bath was perfect for a bridal party getting ready. Beautiful home and a great location. Highly reccommend!

Another Great Stay over Christmas!

Great big house, we used it as overflow with local family over Thanksgiving, everyone loved it. The owner was extremely helpful with our needs, even purchased brand new kitchen supplies for the house when I asked was it was stocked with prior to our arrival Super quick responding to questions. We'll absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house and great location
Easy drive to red rocks, Denver and other adventures! Nice clean house, very comfy! It was a little warm inside and we couldn’t turn the air conditioning down any lower because there was a note it would freeze up. Overall enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us. We were there for a family wedding. The accommodations allowed us to spread out . It provided both privacy plus togetherness. It was very clean with a nice atmosphere. We would definitely book this house again if we needed to be in the area. Jorge was a great host who accommodated our needs and always responded immediately.

My family met up in this area since my daughter & her family live in Littleton and have a new baby. Amazing property
Jorge's home was sparkling clean, no doubt about it. The home just gleamed, top to bottom. He was responsive, hospitable and offered the perfect home for our family. My husband and I, our son in his 30s, wife and two kids and our daughter in her 30s and finance in town to celebrate a wedding of another daughter I highly recommend!

Good for the price
A little rough around the edges, but good for the price. The house was just what we were looking for all of us to hang out and visit. The house needed a little up keeping (banister was missing, microwave door handle was missing, weeds were taller than my niece). Overall it was a very nice place that fit all of us.

Great host, property and location!
Great property, location, and stay for our family. Highly recommended!! During the winter months expect to shovel snow yourself but the shovel is included. This was the only drawback for older people but luckily we had our grandkids along with us. If you have any physical restrictions during winter months please plan accordingly. The host is absolutely great and we'll utilize in the future if available. Thanks again Jorge!

Roomy house convenient to Red Rocks & Woodlands event venue
This house was the ideal place for our family group to stay when we were in town for a wedding at the Woodlands. Red Rocks is even closer. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, grocery stores, etc. The master suite is huge and there are plenty of bathrooms. The master and one other bedroom have their own bathrooms; the other two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill; plus there's a half-bath downstairs. Individuals with mobility issues should be aware that all of the bedrooms are upstairs. The back patio is as nice as it looks in the photos, though only one grill was operational. The fire pit was ideal for making s'mores. And the decor will whet one's appetite for a trip to Europe. Enjoy!

Mother and father of the bride plus other family stayed here for wedding at the Manor House. Mix of TV devices confusing could not get utube TV upstairs or do live tv difficult upstairs. It was a Roku device we are unfamiliar. Some of downstairs furniture cheap broken. Not enough wash cloths, not sure why plenty of towels. Sheets left in the dryer. These are specific complaints. Overall I would definitely vacation here again or use for a wedding event. The main bathroom is wierdly huge and great mirror. Lots of prep room. Great host. Great location and Chinese Moon Massage close by is great!!!!

Great location, spotlessly clean and lots of space
My husband and I stayed at this property in August of 2022. We traveled with our adult daughter, our son, daughter- in-law and their two kids - a 2 year old and a 4 year old. The property is spotlessly clean and very large. The kitchen/great room has dining space, and there is a separate formal dining room and living room. There is also outdoor dining space. Because it was summer and we were visiting family and sightseeing, we didn't use all of the indoor space. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The other two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. This was perfect for our needs. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a park a block away. It is about 15 minutes from Red Rocks and 25 minutes from downtown Denver. There is a Target with a grocery store five minutes away. When I needed to communicate with Jorge to ask about the Pack N Play, he responded immediately which I appreciated. If we were in Littleton, I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Jorge!

Very nice, but with minor glitches.
Very large, spacious house with comfortable beds and all the amenities as advertised. We hosted a large wedding celebration dinner and the indoor and outdoor space worked great for what we wanted. Very quiet neighborhood and close to our wedding venue, so all that was great. The lighting in the house is confusing. Many switches that turned nothing on, and many lights that didn't work. Particularly the outdoor lights, that never turned on. Contacted the manager, and he said they were "smart" lights on sensors, but neither the front porch light nor any of the lights on the back patio ever turned on, which put a damper on our big party. The house slept eight, which was great, but there were only six bath towels, and no spares, so we had to share, which wasn't ideal. Overall, the yard was very unkept and the house could use a little TLC, but it was comfortable and clean, and served our needs.

It took us five days to get advertised TV. Never got the advertised garage door opener. It was hot in July and we had to buy fans as the upstairs got hot at night and there are NO ceiling fans in the house. We had to buy bath mats for all the bathrooms as well as laundry detergent and shower gel. The master closet was locked so our clothes hung in the bathroom on a open shelving unit. The outside area is huge but full of weeds and the fire pit had broken and loose stones. The grill worked for three meals and then the gas ran out and the extra gas was empty. The covering over the table area had wires hanging down and took two family members to get it pulled out to cover the area. This house needs love. Kitchen is well staffed and everything worked. And it was clean. Also a safe neighborhood and one that is convenient to that side of Denver. This was an expensive rental with an owner in Europe which added to the difficulty.
