The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, which I truly appreciated. The H Bar was phenomenal, offering a great selection of drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. The suites were amazing, providing ample space and modern amenities. Additionally, the location was perfect, with convenient access to all the fantastic restaurants uptown. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Charlotte!"

"This Property met the luxury and hospitality expectations. Unfortunately, downtown Charlotte has a bad homeless epidemic. In the bus stop right in front of the hotel driveway, there was a woman living in there, and literally taking bucket baths. We witnessed this all throughout the 3 days of our stay. It is an unfortunate humanitarian crisis, and for out of state visitors like us that are in the city to explore all it has to offer, it felt unpleasant. Other than that, the property felt safe inside. Also pool area won’t be opening until June 2025."
