UNT Parents Weekend
Cute little spot. Unit was spotless and exactly as pictured. Perfect for the two of us. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Walkable location
Cute apt in older neighborhood near Texas Woman’s University. Comfortable for our needs as a base. Hideabed surprisingly good for sleeping! Can walk to Krogers and restaurants. Two blocks from Starbucks but that location is moving. Luckily there is one in the Krogers!

Fabulous loft
We loved our stay at this property. The location is great, right around the corner from a Starbucks, lots of shops and an easy walk to the car rental. The bedroom is spacious, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is large and well equipped. The mini- split air conditioners kept us cool and other than a very occasional bark from a dog in another apartment, it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous unique property & great location
The property was gorgeous and so unique. It was very cozy and my 14 yr old son and I really enjoyed it. The master bed was very comfortable and my son said the couch bed was comfy as well. We both slept very well. The location was fantastic! Very close to downtown Denton with great shops. The host was fabulous and provided very clear instructions and was super friendly. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Cute little apartment
My husband, 7 month old and I stayed for a weekend. Check in and access to the property was easy. Apartment was cute, clean and had all of the necessities. We brought our own pack n play but noticed there was one in the closet for guests. Great location and restaurants near by.

Very accommodating
My wife and I spent a few days here with our infant daughter while visiting family in the area. Prior to booking, we contacted Sandra to ask if she had a Pack-N-Play for us to let our daughter sleep in, as it can be very difficult to find safe alternatives for a baby to sleep in while traveling. Sandra said she did not currently have one but was able to obtain a brand new one and it was set up for us when we arrived the next day! As you can imagine, this attentiveness to her guests was reflected throughout our stay and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Denton in the future.

Good location
Sandra was very attentive to our needs. Nice clean apartment. Would have liked the Tv to have local channels, not just internet tv. Otherwise great expensive even though we were there during the Texas freeze.
