It's the perfect location to enjoy the bars, restaurants, live music, food trucks and fun activities for all ages. Come stay with us and help make your stay an unforgettable experience!

You will have access to the full house with your own private space. The home is located on a street that can be busy during high traffic times. There is a lovely seasonal farmer's market across the street in the historic park on Saturday's.

You can walk pretty much anywhere. Denton Square and University of North Texas are less than 10 minute walks. Texas Woman's University is 1 mile away.

Not what we expected
There were damp towels in the dryer, which I dried and folded. There were also dishes left in the dishwasher, unsure if they were clean or dirty. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work. I contacted the owner who suggested we change the batteries. We bought 2 Duracell 21/23 at $10. The fans still didn’t work. The washing machine also was not up to par as it took 3 cycles to spin water out of clothes.There was nothing on property giving instructions on how things operated in the house. Only instructions for leaving were lock the doors and gate, nothing about what to do with sheets and towels. The street noise was also an issue. I would not recommend this house to anyone. I have never given a negative review before

Trash can overflowing outside in driveway when we arrived. Driveway very difficult to get out of. Lots of road noise from the street. No room darkening blinds in bedrooms. Shower for second bedroom had no place to put toiletries so 80-year-old parents had to put them in the floor and bend down to get them. Do not agree with 10/10 rating. Also had issues with fridge first freezing and then not cooling.

Great location, nice home
The 3 bedroom two bath home was perfect for the family wedding that we were attending n Kim. The house was clean and spacious. The location was great, just a couple blocks from the famous town square. We enjoyed eating and shopping in square. The location was very easy to reach all of our destinations.

Great stay!
The location is awesome if you are visiting UNT. Totally walkable. The host was very accessible and responsive. Nice house with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Kitchen well appointed. Beds comfy and plenty of room for 5 of us. Would book here again if we return.

Nice for Short Stay
The house was wonderful! On the older side but had some great character. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus for me. We had all that we could need, and the owner was always quick to respond. Personal preference: I'm not a fan of being on a main road or having an electronic lock. The location, however, was perfect for multiple trips to UNT. It was nice being so close.

Better than the photos!
First off, this home is stunning and the photos don’t do it justice. Secondly, when they say walking distance from the square, they mean it! We walked to the square in less than 10 minutes. Lastly, the host continuously checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. This is the best booking I’ve stayed in for the whole DFW metroplex and I would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent location with plenty of space!
We had a really great experience at our stay in Denton. Great communication and Trevor was really helpful when I had some problems unlocking the door. Just a couple blocks walk from the Square, we couldn't have asked for a better location. House had plenty of room for four adults, and two babies! And our 2 pups!

Close to UNT and downtown Denton
Great little house close to Denton Square. Walked to get coffee every morning and appreciated the dedicated office space to work remotely. Busy street but not too much road noise inside. Comfy bed and nice shower! Everything we needed was there. Thanks for a great trip to see our daughter.
