"Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. "

"We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms...

"Highly recommend and will go back! Fantastic stay in a gorgeous house and our host Deanna was wonderful and handled lost keys and found keys with great calm and so easy to communicate with! Very clear check in and check out and fully equipped kitchen for cooking full Christmas dinner for 12! Loads of fridges and ovens made life so much easier. Excellent pubs and eating super close!"

"This little home was the perfect getaway for myself and two friends on the lead up to christmas. The house was beautifully finished, cosy and clean. We loved the wood burner and the Christmas decorations. The home is just off Harbour Street, which was just a treasure trove of little shops, wine bars and restaurants. My American friend who had never ventured out of London before said she felt like she was in the holiday!Thank you for the perfect weekend, we will definitley be back!"

"We were two friends visiting Ramsgate for the first time. This house is well located to Ramsgate's sights, restaurants, etc., and just a 30-minute walk to Broadstairs or Pegwell Bay, both of which were also lovely to see. The house was the perfect size for the two of us - the small downstairs bathroom is indeed small, but didn't bother us. The house has all the cooking/dining implements you might need and Julie and Cliff were communicative the entire time. We loved our stay!"

"Lovely clean property in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything we needed.Spacious living space - we were in the area to spend Christmas with family but were able to easily host them on one evening.Good sized garden, fully enclosed so safe for the dog.Would definitely like to stay again - think it would be great in the summer."

"Very helpful host, comfortable house. Interesting area. Parking is free outside but it can be hard to find a space! A few small points to be sorted in the house, almost certainly fixed by now. All in all, we had a good break. "

"The four of us loved our stay at the Lighthouse Cottage. A close walk to most places. Our neighborhood was so friendly and helpful. Some walked us home or partway. We love England and the people. The cottage was so quaint & everything in it worked just fine. It was so nice to have many places to sit & be comfortable. "I really liked the bedrooms and the size of the property for 9 of us was perfect... The location and driveway were so convenient, litterally across the road from all the amenities. The property isn't perfect.... The bathroom and downstairs showeroom are very poorly finished and as a consequence have exposed wall, sub flooring and chipboard. There is also a substantial problem with mold in the showroom as there is no extractor (though weirdly a hole has been cut in the tiles to accommodate...
