On first glance a wonderful looking property, but rooms stank of mildew and mould, fortunately we had only booked one night, definitely not worth the money, there are much better properties available at this price. The walkways don’t function well, we had to walk through a restaurant or reception to get anywhere, it’s not well thought thru for pedestrians.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, and staff incredibly warm and accommodating. Mini bar snacks and non-alcoholic drinks were complimentary daily including very addictive banana chips, and the on site restaurants all very reasonably priced and delicious, particularly Wok Wok with traditional Balinese cuisine. Breakfast being a la carte was also very relaxing, and the rooms were beautiful. Could not ask for a better escape.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked a villa which was beautiful, however, we expected a bit more attention considering the amount we paid for our villa. Nonetheless, all of the staff both at the restaurant and the ones who cleaned our room were friendly and beyond helpful, excellent service. The food was also very delicious. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant, the steak house (fire fox) and the seafood restaurant. All were excellent. We especially enjoyed the steakhouse, the chef came out and we were able to say thank you for such a lovely meal. I would point out that at the seafood restaurant we wanted to order a few things which they ran out of, it was disappointing. However the food was delicious! Breakfast service was great too all though not a buffet you can order anything and everything multiple times. Overall, great stay!
