"The condo was just perfect. Check-in very easy as we arrived late. Condo was clean with all the kitchen things we needed. We ate breakfast every morning before we left for our day. Beach front a few yards from back door which is just what we wanted. You can even hear the waves from living room and bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again. "

Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean & comfortable. The private beach was a highlight, and having private bathrooms in each bedroom was really nice. Lots of chairs & extras for the beach were provided. The tv worked with a basic cable package. If you stay here, I highly recommend the Ocean House for dinner. It’s a bit pricey but delicious & right around the corner. The shops in Dennis Port were cute & we drove down to Chatham to see the lighthouse, and do even more...

"They do not provide linens and that was not communicated to me prior to arrival. The stairwells are poorly lighted. The unit was clean and the manager was courteous. "

"My family stayed here mid week in June and it was the perfect home base for exploring the cape. It was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to eat out (including a grill). The best part was the beach access that was literally steps away. "This condo is cute, well decorated, and has plenty of room. Its biggest plus is how close it is to the beach. However, it could have been cleaner. At first glance, everything was clean, but details were not taken care of. For example, under and around the Keurig, there was spilled coffee. The listing shows patio furniture, but there wasn't any out back. The window air conditioners were in the closets and we had to put them in ourselves and the screen for the slider out back is completely ripped....

"The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved that it was ocean front(had beautiful view from the balcony). Good location for exploring different towns on the Cape. The condo was perfect size and nicely set up and decorated. Only con was the couch is too close to the TV which makes it uncomfortable. We would definitely stay there again."

"The unit was very clean and provided ample space for our family of 4 to spread out. The beds were comfy enough and the kitchen and baths had enough supplies for us to use. Parking at the facility was never an issue for us. We also felt very safe walking and running in the area. The beach was nothing special and we did not swim in it due to the amount of seaweed, but we often saw others doing so. It was nice to dip your toes into though.
