The space
Bruny Island is where all your fishing, bush walking, boating, surfing, and beautiful beach-going dreams come true! This property is in a fabulous position with a picture postcard view overlooking D'Entrecasteaux Channel and perfectly combines size, quality, and location
In the popular sea-side village of Dennes Point, on a quiet no-through road and with a private street presence, this is one of the area's most sought after spots. To add to this remarkable location, this sunny property enjoys direct access, via a walking path, to a sandy north facing beach nearly 2km in length.
The properties natural surroundings offer attractive low maintenance gardens, and this is alive with an abundance of bird and native wildlife. The yard is full of local flora and has a fenced rear yard that includes a delightful paved sitting area with fire pot to enjoy the serenity. The native vegetation is home to several endemic bird species and resident quolls provide wonderful entertainment!

Three large bedrooms all have built-ins, two master wings are impressively designed, one with full height wall to wall wardrobes and both with lots of windows. Corner windows capture the mesmerising view, allowing you to fall asleep watching the night-time star show and wake to the blue of the water! The listing features two Queen beds in separate rooms, and in the third bedroom, two Singles.
Highlighting the level of style and comfort are quality fixtures and fittings, double glazing throughout with full insulation including underfloor. Family Retreat

Nice shool holiday
It was a great break for the school holidays, we enjoyed the house a lot, we love Brunny Island but it is always a challenge to find somewhere to eat, especially after 3pm. We enjoyed our walks and spend the evenings in the house. It was a very comfortable stay. Thanks for everything
