"The room was in a small house called the cottage which was nice with all the facilities we needed. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we were near the front door, so could hear people coming in out during the evening. It's worth getting there earlier in the day if possibe as it is on street parking with a permit provided at check-in, and there we no spaces left closer than the other end of the street."

I also have difficulty with stairs, so I chose the hotel because it has a lift. It also has plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. Will stay there again next time I visit the Isle of Wight."
