"Staff were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The food was great. However the free flowing alcohol did not make it a very Muslim friendly environment. Europeans were very rude. But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. Staff in the spa were great. "

"Side is a cute town with Greco Roman ruins to explore and friendly restaurants. It's a 1 Euro Dolmus ride away or a fifty minute walk along the lovely promenade. The hotel itself is pleasant enough. We had an all inclusive deal - a first for us. Handy, because there isn't much in the way of restaurants other than in Side itself and one or two halfway down the promenade. Good choice of food, but does get a bit samey after a week. Strict adherence to serving timetable and waiters' insistence...
