"I travelled with my 9-year-old, and it was truly an amazing experience! The highlight of our trip was the kids club, which had activities all day long to keep children engaged and entertained. The staff there were beyond wonderful—especially the lady handling check-ins in the morning. She and the rest of the team knew my child by name, which made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. My daughter was so happy with her experience that we are already planning another trip back, this time with my sister and her three kids—all because of the kindness and care of the kids club staff! Beyond that, the resort itself was fantastic. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you’re traveling with kids, I highly recommend this resort! We can’t wait to return!"

"We had a wonderful time at Swandor. It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Not all restaurants are open at this time of the year just yet but the food choices at the Hunkar buffet are endless. We had a memorable stay!!!"

"I honestly can’t fault this resort. We came in off-season (mid March) so expected the facilities to be vastly limited. Yes, the water park, restaurants, and beach areas were closed or limited, but we actually didn’t need the extra facilities, as there was so much more to do and so much to eat at the restaurants that were open. The bars and restaurants didn’t feel like they were included in terms of service, taste, and presentation; the staff really did a great job in these aspects. We played mini golf onsite which was so much fun and spent a couple of nights in the club in the resort with other travellers. I’d definitely stay again! "
