Summary:
Our cozy home was recently updated, has three bedrooms and is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Denison. Enjoy the unique restaurants, antiques, and shops within the heart of historic Denison, Texas. We are minutes away from downtown.

The Space:
Foosball table, Dart Board, Cornhole, & lots of board games!
Full size tub and shower in upstairs bathroom and shower in downstairs bathroom. Master room has a king size bed, 1st guest room has two queen size beds and the 2nd guest room a full size day bed. There is also a fouton in the game room.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Keyless access - self -check in

This house is a two story home, the downstairs consist of the gameroom/second living area, 3rd bedroom, a full bathroom and leads to back patio/backyard.

The exterior of the property (with exception of the backyard) is monitored by recording video & audio via our Blink monitoring camera system .

Please note that the downstairs area does not have central air we have a window A/C unit and portable heater.

Updated home and very clean
We had a great stay over the July 4th weekend. The home is beautifully updated and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood with most homes recently updated. We took walks and enjoyed the clean and quiet eclectic streets. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Hidden gem
Host made checking in extremely easy and was quick to respond to all my emails. Property was clean and comfortable and definitely lived up to the name “Cozy Corner”. Location was great because it was tucked away a bit from the main busy roads. Made our month long work trip much more bearable.

Cozy corner meet all needs
The house was lovely and was well appointed. Kitchen had everything needed, bed rooms were nice (and had extra blankets), laundry room had all needed items, and the game room down stairs was a nice touch. HVAC worked great! If you bring more than one car -parking could be an issue for you. If we travel back in the area again Cozy Corner would be our go too place to stay.

Will always remember this place
We rented this house to be closer to a nursing home that our mother had been relocated to after being diagnosed with an extremely and aggressive form of cancer. Unfortunately our mother passed away before our reservation was to start. We now had many more family members that would be traveling into town for funeral services so we needed a larger place. Jose was gracious enough to shorten our stay and return half the price we paid. Very thoughtful and he didn't have to do it since we had passed the refund date. When we got there, we only stayed 3 days but they were an amazing few days that we got to share with her sisters going through old photos and remembering our mom's life. On top of that, the house was very clean, updated, and just the perfect overall property that suited us. He was also kind enough to leave us a nice vase of flowers with a sympathy card. Highly recommend and will likely rent again when I'm in town visiting family.
