Abominabel
Appartement is volledig uitgeleefd! Miserabele matrassen die helemaal niet vernieuwd zijn zoals de advertentie beweert. Vlekken op lakens en kussens, gaten in beddengoed, doorgezakte zetels (de naam zelfs niet waardig!). Ik had extra betaald om beddens opgemaakt te hebben en handdoeken ter beschikking te stellen. Was NIET gebeurd. Twee keer gebeld naar Expi en ze beloofden te komen maar we zagen ze niet. Na 18u niemand meer bereikbaar en vermits het een dag later zondag was zaten we behoorlijk in de rats. Uiteindelijk via eigenaar toch aan het nodige geraakt maar bon, zo hoort het dus niet!Vrij goed uitgerust keukentje maar alles ruikt naar vocht. Geen mogelijkheid om binnen te tafelen als het regent, al zeker niet met drie personen.Het uitzicht vanop het terras is wel prachtig. Intriest dat de eigenaar niet investeert in een "upgrade" want dit verblijf heeft echt potentieel. Niet geschikt voor ons als 60+ die comfortabel willen verblijven. We hebben na 1 nacht onze valiezen gepakt en een ander verblijf geboekt. Ik hoop hiervoor schadevergoeding te krijgen! De eigenaar reageerde wel steeds snel op mails maar het is overduidelijk dat hij enkel wil incasseren. Een échte schande dat iemand DIT zo durft te verhuren!

Hermoso semanas
Ein wunderschöner Ort, sehr Ruhig auch Nachts. Der Strand ist super/Mega . Selbst an Sonntagen gibt es Platz für Alle. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und wenn es gewittert ist das unglaublich zu Betrachten. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist super, gute Kommunikation . Ich kann das nur sehr Empfehlen und werde auch gerne wieder kommen. ------------------ Un hermoso lugar, muy tranquilo incluso de noche. La playa es genial/mega. Incluso los domingos hay sitio para todos. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. La vista al mar es fantástica y cuando hay tormenta es increíble verlo. El contacto con el propietario es genial, buena comunicación. Sólo puedo recomendarlo encarecidamente y volveré felizmente.

Très déçu
Appartement réellement pour 3 personnes maximum, le soit disant canapé clic clac pour 2 autres personnes est inutilisable (on dort sur l'armature métallique). Un peu vieillot, défraichis, douche minuscule.. Belle localisation en front de mer, situé au dessus d'un restaurant, (parking difficile en pleine saison) Equipement assez complet, hormis le manque de lave vaisselle.

Merci SPAIN.....
Pardon pour le grand retard du commentaire. On a passé 15 jours dans ce super appart du 12 au 23 aout 2023. Il est extra. Tous les equipements sont là, les pièces et surtout les vues IMPRENABLES. On avait l impression que la mer nous appartenait. Par contre un rideau a la douche peut etre necessaire car l eau tombait tout le temps sur le sol a coté des wc. On a adoré l accueil de la personne assistante de l hote, sa drolerie et sa gentillesse, elle ne parlait pas de tout français, mais on a réussi à se comprendre. On n'oublie pas surtout le professionnalisme de l hote christian. Les contacts étaient réguliers rapides et courtois. Et surtout réactifs. On a eu un probleme avec la clim d entrée,on l a appellé un dimanche. Le lundi matin a la 1ere heure des techniciens etaient là pour réparer. Merci SPAIN pour ces vacances de 2023, cette année on fait l'ITALIE....on aurait pu re-signer pour ... DENIA sans hésiter ... Jymmy Sylvain de PARIS.

Urlaub 5 Wochen Denia.
Unser Urlaub war soweit ganz gut,die Wohnung an ein paar Ecken ein bisschen gammelig.Der Strand war schön das Wasser sauber.Das ging 2 Wochen gut,dann wurde der Strand gesperrt undeine Großbaustelle entstand.der Strand wurde verbreitertund große Rohre wurdenam Strand entlang gelegt .Viel Staub undLärm das war nicht angenehm. Das müsste eine Entschädigung geben,wir mussten ja dannmit dem Auto an andere Strände fahren. Grüsse H.Schmidt.

Es ist wunderschön in Denia
Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten aber sauber und es hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist aber unbezahlbar schön.

Estancia en las Deveses
El apartamento está en primera línea de playa desde el portal se accede directamente a la playa, tiene dos terrazas amplias que se disfrutan mucho ya que las dos tienen vistas a la playa,debajo de los apartamentos hay un restaurante y a unos cinco minutos andando hay más, la playa no está saturada con lo cual se disfruta muchisimo hay para alquilar lanchas de goma y las velas para la tabla de surf . Hemos estado muy a gusto y el trato con el propietario y la plataforma es exquisito.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé ,en bord de mer accés immediat,avec de belles terrasses pour lézarder au soleil.L'image et le descriptif ,correspondent,mais en réalité le logement est plutôt vieillot,peu confortable ,humide et froid,malgré le chauffage,qu'il aurait fallu payer en sus si dépassement (c'etait convenu ainsi,nous avons du faire attention).La batterie de cuisine,est trés usagée,poêles innutilisables,peu de linge,draps inadaptés au grand lit,peu de rangements. L 'accueil par la Limpiadora,a été bref et pas convivial,j'ai pu apprécier que le ménage,n'était pas des plus raffiné,les lits pas préparés .Nous avons appelé le propriétaire pour trouver les couvertures ,rangées dans des housses accessibles avec une échelle..........aprés une journée de voyage c'est pas trop top.....! le propriétaire est à l'écoute,certes gentil......mais cela n'a pas été suffisant pour passer un bon séjour,que nous avons écourté. Ce logement ,pour moi ,n'est pas adapté pour une longue période l hiver.

Ce fût un magnifique mais trop court séjour, à peine 1 semaine. J'aurais souhaité allonger le plaisir mais elle était déjà réservée. L'emplacement et la vue sont juste incroyables. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir. Merci

Excelentes vistas, pero limpieza muy deficiente
El apartamento tiene excelentes vistas, y siempre hace fresquito en verano, pues abriendo las ventanas se forma corriente. Desde una de las terrazas se ve amanecer y desde la otra la puesta de sol. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario. Como punto negativo decir que la limpieza es muy deficiente o nula, y al entrar tuve que limpiarlo yo. También en el anuncio dice que está totalmente reformado, lo que no es verdad, sólo parcialmente, por ejemplo hay puertas que están en muy mal estado, los armarios viejos, y las ventanas son las originales y no siempre cierran bien.

Una buena estancia
El apartamento está bien, es sencillo y responde totalmente a la descripción y fotos que aparecen. La playa muy limpia y ambiente muy tranquilo. Ideal si huyes de las aglomeraciones de Denia, Gandía...Perfectas las dos terrazas, las vistas y el acceso directo a playa. Por poner alguna pega, el sofa cama del salón y el de uno de los dormitorios no son cómodos para adultos. Para poder hacer la compra es necesario disponer de coche.

Une vue magnifique
Nous venons de passer 15 jours à Dénia, nous sommes très content de notre séjour. Bien adapté pour une famille de 5 personnes (2 adultes, et 3 enfants 10 ans, 7 ans et 1 an) attention cependant le logement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Propriétaire sérieux et réactif, agence sur place réactive. Le logement est tel que décrit, accès privée à la plage. Quartier très calme et familiale. Un véhicule est indispensable car le centre ville de Dénia est à 10 kms. Prévoir rénovation de la douche et une climatisation pour être au top ! Un endroit idéal pour visiter la Costa Blanca sans tomber dans la folie de Bénidorm. Je recommande ce logement pour des vacances reposante ! J'y retournerais avec plaisir !

Wonderful apartment and nice host
Danke, wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kooparativ. Die lage dirket am Meer hat einen ausergewöhnlichen Flair. Die große Terasse ist Ideal und auch bei Wind sehr geschützt. Alles in allem war es sehr gut. Danke Christian Thanks, we really enjoyed our time. The host is very friendly and co-operative. The location directly on the sea has an exceptional flair. The large terrace is ideal and well protected even in windy weather. All in all it was very good. "Très bel appartement, bien équipé. Vue superbe. Plage de sable magnifique juste là au pied de la résidence, idéale pour les enfants car ils ont pied très loin. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

BON SEJOUR! Appartement bien entretenu, calme et aéré. Décor harmonieux et lumineux. Equipement complet. Terrasses spacieuses et vue superbe sur la plage et le grand large. Longue plage de sable et eau limpide. Très bien pour les enfants. Beaucoup d'activités et festivités sur la côte de Denia. Propriétaire très cordial.
