The house is situated in a beach, rural, and residential area, just 25 meters from the beautiful Playa Les Deveses beach and a few kilometers from Els Poblets.

The house, with an area of 120 m², has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Inside, you will find a cozy living room/dining room with air conditioning and television. The patio offers a charming place to enjoy fresh air. There is a bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet, as well as a guest bathroom. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, and toaster.

Outside, the fenced plot offers privacy, and the beautiful garden with lawn and trees is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy the terrace, barbecue, and outdoor seating and dining areas. There is also a private parking space.

This vacation home is pet-friendly, making it perfect for those who wish to travel with their furry companions. Location is excellent, 20m from beach and 10m from most shops, also a lot to see in vicinity. Excellent sand beach not crowded. Parking place sufficient for 2 cars and very convenient. Garden is very nice with various trees and flowers which ives a little shadow House must have A/C at least in few locations, as even when weather is windy is not being ventilated well. in the garden would be nice to have tent to chill under. 2nd floor can be used better as it has better air flow, so tent+table chairs would help to cool in the evenings

La ubicación de la casa es buena, a escasos metros de la playa. La casa se encuentra en mal estado, la casa estaba sucia y el estado de la cocina es lamentable … muy sucia y todos los enseres guardados en unos muebles que despiden un olor a rancio muy desagradable, por lo cual evitábamos guardar nada en su interior, además de que un mueble de la cocina en un par de ocasiones estuvo a punto de caerse encima de alguien. La casa no tiene wifi como Informan en la casa, pero de lo que no informan es que en la casa la cobertura es prácticamente nula … algo de lo que hoy en día deberian de informar.

Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub im Kreise der Familie mit viel Strand und Sonne suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Sehr nette Umgebung. Wandermöglichkeiten ganz Nahe. Wunderschöner Strand. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und entspricht dem landesüblichen Standards. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und nicht von aussen einsehbar. Man kann auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen, dem Rauschen des Meeres zuhören und einfach entspannen.
