"Booked this place last minute but it was not the best. We arrived at the place a little after 12am and was expecting to be settled as quickly as possible as we were very tired but that was not the case. We never accessed our room that night because a mistake of miscommunication. The property manager never called the people on site to let them know we were coming. We even attempted to call the number of that such person but was never answered until hours later (very inconsiderate). We were...

"the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift, so a hard walk up and down. No windows in the kitchen, lounge or bathroom, so cooking made the whole area very hot. AC in the bedroom was great but the mattress was extremely hard. however the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great for the two night stay we had but I would not want to stay there longer. "
