"This wonderful little cottage in the woods is the perfect place to relax, explore the dune reserve and get away from it all. You are woken by birds and apart from the wind in the trees, that's the only sound. The house is well equipped and in the perfect location for stroll to the nearby town of Schoorl, or as a base for exploring the surrounding area of dunes and forests and of course, the amazing golden beaches. "Even helemaal met het gezin tot rust komen. Ondanks zware regen was het lekker gezellig in onze tent. Ook prima voor een anderhalfjarige. Wij komen zeker een keertje terug!"

"The cottage is in a lovely sunny position, very quiet and the beds are comfortable. It’s not a spacious cottage for 6 adults - the sitting room, main entrance, kitchen and dining area are all the same room; one sofa with 4 seats; very little ‘kitchen’ space but adequate hob and oven. The owner’s family were warm, friendly and helpful. I would stay again if holidaying in Holland, but not with 6 of us, really it suits 4."
