"Das Haus war schmutzig, es gab weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche, diese war aber bestellt und bezahlt!!!! Das Waschbecken in der Küche war verstopft, auch die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden! Sämtliche Versuche, Kontakt zum Vermieter oder novasol aufzunehmen, liefen ins Leere!
