"The pictures do not do this place justice. From the moment you walk in you feel at home and welcomed. Whether that’s from the rock collection, or various family accolades through out. There is plenty of space for a family and the train and bus being just a 1 minute (if that) walk is even better. If I ever make it chamonix again I will be staying here"

Le village des Carroz à proximité est dynamique. M et Mme Caron sont très accueillants et disponibles au moindre souci. "This was our second stay at the property and it did not disappoint us. Our host was wonderful and gave quick and helpful responses and recommendations. The apartment itself was clean and one of the best eqipped we've ever stayed in. It is comfortable and tastfully decorated. Beautiful view from the balcony too. "The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. Very quick to get into Annecy and 25 mins to La Clusaz and Le Grand Bormand. Will definitely keep this Adress for summer too. Thanks Carlos"

"Phillip and Charlotte were the perfect hosts, there when needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the property, which, I have top say is first class. lots of room, plenty of equipment, dishes, pans etc. The rear garden was where we spent most of our evenings, there were 6 of us, motorcyclists, we cooked or BBQ'd every night and bought beer, wine from the local shop and relaxed and chatted about the ride we had undertaken during the day. "Location: Easy to locate. Just off the main road thru Chamonix so easy access to drive north or south out of town. You can walk everywhere and the train station is also only a 10 min walk away. Staff: Wonderful and helpful. Very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Room: We had a one bedroom that was Wonderful. It was modern, clean and spacious and had the supplies we needed for a 4 night stay. I recommend and certainly would stay here again."
