Cloverdale Cottage w/ Lake View and Access

VIEW OF CLOVERDALE LAKE. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage that sits on an acre and is surrounded by LOTS of Michigan inland Lakes
The space
Recently Renovated! LAKE HAVEN- There are 10+ public lakes within a 12 mile radius. Gun Lake and Gull Lake are less than 15 minutes away. This cottage sits just across from Cloverdale Lake, which channels into Wilkinson Lake, Jones Lake and Mudd Lake. You will have Lake access with a Launch within walking distance(.2 miles) There is also a small park and pavilion area at the launch along with a basketball court.Down the road 1/2 mile is Long Lake access. The Cottage is 900sq ft and it is fully furnished. All of the bedding and furniture are brand new, and the mattresses are all temprepedic. Plenty of yard for games and the bon fire pit is out front with Lake views. There is a charcoal grill and patio furniture with tikki torches to keep the pesky bugs away so you can comfortably spend time outside. Also there is a Washer toss set and a childeren's bean bag toss along with a hose and sprinkler so there is plenty of things for the whole family to enjoy the big yard! There are 6 different Diners and restaurants/Taverns downtown Delton just 3 miles away.

35th Anniversary trip
The home was very special, exceptionally clean, quiet, very well stocked, comfortable. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay. We will put this on our list of places to stay on return trips. NO complaints at all only compliments.

Amazing!!
We came for a fishing trip, we had some boat trailer issues. Luckily the host had no one checking in the day we were leaving, she let us stay a few hours past checkout so we could take care of our issues. Very nice, clean place to stay for a weekend trip or week long with the family. Lots of lakes in the area. I do not recommend Gull lake for fishing though, Great Lake for pleasure boating though.

Location location Location!
I was in town for a Wedding and this Cottage was the perfect location in between Delton, Hastings, and Wall and Gunn Lakes where all of my wedding activities were. The location was seriously perfect, country feel but still 15 minutes from all of the amazing recreational activities in the area plenty of room for the whole family. Open concept, new, and sparkling clean! I seriously thought I was the first guest who had ever stayed there. And the price you couldn’t beat for the quality. I saw a few other friends rentals who were in town for the wedding and they were double the price and not as clean and nice as this one. Thank you so much for sharing your home. I’ll be back with the whole fam next year.

Very nice cottage to stay at while enjoying the surrounding lakes. Larger.than it looks. My wife and I both liked the open concept living space and the close proximity to Delton and Gull Lake. Would stay again.

Family getaway
My husband and I stayed in this cute little house with our three kids while visiting Delton for a family reunion. It was beautiful and clean, very well maintained! The owner was very quick to respond to messages and was a kind and caring host. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! We will definitely book again when we’re back in town.
