Std VRBO Property in Delray Beach
Nearly all the properties for rent are four Plexes that were built in the 50s and 60s. As gentrification.. of Delray Beach continues, most of these properties will be sold and demolished for the lot. The highlight of this property is the location, pool and outdoor amenities.. Easily walkable to Atlantic Avenue and then Eastwardto the beach. As mentioned in the first paragraph, this property, like all the others, is showing its age. Areas for improvement; front door locks and fit, bedsheets worn and threadbare, Alley parking spot very tight. And you might want to let the host know if you are allergic to the plug-in air deodorizers because two are in the unit. I had a bad allergic reaction for the first two days until I discovered and unplugged them.

Last minute business trip
What a wonderful stay. This was a last minute business trip and the location was ideal. Close to highway if you need to drive and Delray hot spot is within walking distance! The place was clean and quiet. Laying in the pool was also needed and the free parking appreciated.

Fabulous weekend
We went to the art fair that was without walking distance from the house which was great because it was so crowded. We stayed all day, took a boat ride. Ate at fantastic restaurants and walked home to our cozy, comfy bed. Great time.

This is sooo cute. The pool is amazing. Would be perfect for a group of friends to rent all 4 units so you each had your own space but a area to hang out by the pool. Close walk to Atlantic Ave. Great rental will definitely be back.

Oasis in Delray
We decided to stay at La Viva Delray due the proximity of its location, walking d istance to restaurants, close enough to my daughters place to visit and being in the neighborhood. The studio was exceptional with all the right things we needed for a long weekend. The pool was great and received a lot of use when we were there. We met a few other couples mingling in the pool area which were really nice. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lori, the host, was super fast to respond to questions and very accommodating for what we needed. We will be back.

Perfect place for Delray stay
My girlfriend and I stayed in unit 3 for a week. The property was stylishly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Just a short walk from the Delray Market Place and perfect walking distance to all shopping and dining options. The pool was clean and had lots of seating options. Would 100% stay here again.
