This 2-bedroom beach hideaway is a short three block walk to the fabulous entertainment center of Atlantic Avenue - From the Taste of Delray event to Old School Square and Crest Theater, you will find plenty of activities and world-class dining and shopping. Try the local golf cart service from downtown and you can easily be on your way back home! Also less than a mile from the wide open white sandy beach, SeaBreeze is the perfect hub to enjoy your holiday!

Welcoming and completely updated, this unit features a cozy living room area with a plush sofa and a Smart TV to unwind at night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare delicious home-made meals.
There is a dining table with seats for four.

Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, lush linens, and ceiling fans for comfort.

There are two full bathrooms in this unit, both with stand-up showers.

PARKING: Onsite parking off the rear alleyway for one car.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM

Wonderful Cozy Comfy Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Delray vacation property. We loved the location in a beautiful neighbourhood where we can quickly walk to the Atlantic Shops, restaurants & beaches. The space was super comfortable with great beds and renovated bathrooms. It was a cute home away from home. We loved the clean and relaxing pool area which was a real bonus. The property is managed very well and the listing completely represents the listing. We would definitely return as we loved the area. Thanks for a great experience.

Quick trip to FL
We had the itch to have a getaway, so we decided to head to FL. We found this listing and it looked perfect. It was! Place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The pool was great as was the side private area that was mostly shaded. Parking for one car was great and easy to find. Located close to everything. The property manager was excellent and helped us find good eateries and other things. A++ property and we will be back during our next trip.
