"Fantastic house, stunning location. The house was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 7 children without getting under each others feet. Manfred was excellent at communicating with us, very prompt replies with good advice. Mr and Mrs Hess were absolute stars, they couldn't have more patient with us non-speaking Germans and very charming couple. The house itself is situated within easy driving distance from many places of interest to visit."

The apartment is huge with two large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen / diner and a big, comfortable lounge area. Thankfully, the TV has only German channels so most UK guests are forced to enjoy their evenings reading, playing cards, going for walks and generally doing 'stuff' without being distracted by 'the box'. "This is a beautiful property out in the country with a beautiful view and a perfect place to stay. We were able to easily prepare a supper for my husband’s brother and wife in a wonderful kitchen. I was able to be the chef and still drink wine and join in the conversation. Bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. A perfect place to stay."
