"We stayed inthe hotel the night of 10th August. The booking and communication were done online. There is no front desk and the keys were left in a safe box that we received the code for via email. The location is magical and very picturesque. The room is also beautiful and the decore is well thought of to keep the authenticity. We were provided with a phone number which they were quick to answer when we called. We enjoyed our stay however there 2 points that would have made our stay...

"This is more like traditional greek rooms than a hotel, but all the facilities you would expect in a hotel room were provided . There is a shared terraced with a view over the whole village. The room was clean and everything worked (hot water , air conditioning ). There is a small cooking area and you can prepare food in the room. The owner supplied us with a lot of free fruit. "La doccia non aveva acqua calda, nessuno dei due dossatori di sapone liquido funzionava, non c'era asciugacapelli e la camera non era pulitissima. Non c'e' la reception dunque se succede qualcosa (tipo aver bisogno di un fon o un taxi) non c'e modo di risolvere in tempo breve. Le camere non vengono pulite ogni giorno, nemmeno ogni due giorni."

"My first stay at a Radisson property exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted with a smile that set the tone for our entire experience. Alexei at reception was exceptionally professional and considerate, even offering a breakfast take-out option after knowing I'd be leaving early at 5AM. The housekeeping and maintenance teams also demonstrated outstanding service and good attitude when they addressed a minor issue with the shower drain. Throughout our visit to Cyprus, we stayed at three other hotels, but none matched the welcoming atmosphere and service at Radisson Blu. We look forward to returning. Thank you!"
