"So much about this property is perfect and you won't be disappointed. It's clean, beautiful, everything is there for you to come and enjoy. I would say, the ONLY thing that bothered us were the flies. We do have a farm property so we understand the flies. It's not something that is easily treatable. It didn't bother us too much because we get it. the location is farm/rural. If you're a city person and not used to it though, it might be an issue for you. For us, we will definitely visit again."

"We loved the cabin. It was secluded and peaceful. After driving through all the hills and taking hikes it was a great welcome to pull up to the cabin and see the great open sky for 50 miles. We spent every day leisurely driving to a different spot to look for quartz crystals or fishing and found a lot! The kids loved the video game machine and we even got into playing with them. "

"Myself and 3 kids- the cabin was perfect! Bonus points for having a pack and play for my little one. The only negative was the tub took forever to fill and once i turned it on you could tell it hadn’t been ran in a while so I had to empty it and didn’t get a chance again. Will definitely be back!"

"What a wonderful experience! First the communication from the host was awesome! We wanted to have our Christmas away from home this year. The cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room, clean, the cabin was super nice-I could live there! The river is just a very short walk and you can hear the river flowing while sitting on the beautiful wrap around porch! The boys were able to fly fish and it was so nice sitting at the boat ramp and watching them! Peaceful! We WILL stay again! "

"We’ve been coming for Arkansas to visit family for over 20 years. This was probably our favorite place to stay. Loved the deck and river access. Beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would change is some bunks in one of the bedrooms for kids. Overall very nice and would definitely return. "

"Amazing place close to the state park. You feel like you are out in the country with breathtaking views. The outside deck, downstairs game area and riverbed were the hang out areas! After spending several hours at the diamond park the kids were begging to go back to the house to play outside."

"The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. The little dock is so relaxing. The only problem was Google Maps took us the wrong way. However, theneighbors down the river were so kind and helped us. They hopped into there side by side and lead us to the cabin! In the daylight we were able to see all of the signs to the cabin. My suggestion...follow the signs instead of google maps!"
