Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Absolutely horrible experience
Arrived at Delhi airport around midnight after a 21 hour flight from San Francisco. I had already paid for the room before boarding the flight. Upon arrival when I called the hotel about a pick up from the airport they said they had no rooms available for the night. I had to find another hotel around 1 am only to return to the airport at 4 am for the next flight. When I asked for a refund they refused to refund the money on the grounds that I did not show up at the hotel. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.
