"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"We had a great stay. The home is large and inviting. Plenty of common area space to hang. Everything was clean. All up to date appliances, etc. The host communicated before and was very flexible.I highly recommend. "

"Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot."

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be returning."
