"Cleanliness a real issue. Poor quality old bed linen, very poor sofa, not at all comfortable. The place needs some tlc and a really good clean, could be really nice if it were better organised and sorted."

The property was very clean and welcoming, had plenty of beds (10!) and two bathrooms (one bath, two showers). "We stayed here for a friend’s birthday who lives nearby. The facilities were excellent for our needs. The property is very well equipped, and has a great garden with outdoor equipment. The nearby railway line was no problem as there were only about 2 trains per hour. Would definitely recommend."
