"It was very clean"

"We stayed in the house for a baseball tournament. This was perfect. It was my family of 6 (4 kids, ages 10, 7, 4, 2) plus my parents and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us. It was such a peaceful place to go between games. The swing set in the big yard was a huge plus. Willow was a hits. She is such a precious dog and loved running around with the kids. My 2nd cried leaving her. Rain messed with our schedule and they were so flexible and let us add another night last minute. Communication was easy and quick. Kitchen has every thing you’d need. We cooked a lot at the house and never came across something we missed. Definitely recommend staying here."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Manchester Iowa. Check-in was easy. I was able to use the exercise room and had a wonderful night’s sleep! The complimentary breakfast was great. The location was perfect for what we needed. I plan on staying again. "

"We stayed here for the weekend with our extended family for a Field of Dreams tournament and when Saturday turned out to be a rainout, we had other teammates families drop by to socialize. They loved the place just as much as we did and were in awe of how perfect this place is for the occasion. Our kids had the best time here and in town and are already talking about wanting to go back, and I’m on board with that! This place is beautiful and very well maintained, inside and out. My parents loved the front and rear porches for morning coffee. Absolutely loved this place, glad we had it for the long weekend and rainout!"

The rest of the team was jealous as we walked to our place and they drove 25 minutes to their hotels. Ryan was quick to respond to anything and very friendly."
