"The property is stunning. Location is pretty good. New Orleans can have some sketchy neighborhoods - and there are some within walking distance, but this area seems to be up and coming. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Lyft ride to the French Quarter is about 13, so access is pretty quick and easy.The place was spotless when we checked in - which was early after we received permission to do so from the owner. The process to request and receive early check-in was smooth and seamless....

"We held a bachelor party for my best friend and we had friends coming in from many different states. It was the absolute best space for 10 people. The huge kitchen was a great gathering area that easily accommodated our large group. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The hosts were friendly and respond quickly to messages. Would 100% stay here again!"

"The owners were very responsive and helpful. It was a beautiful space that definitely matched the listing & could accommodate a larger group. The only thing I would mention out of caution is that there was a bath/shower whose curtains were difficult to move around, which led to a fair amount of water on the ground and, eventually, a nasty fall. So I would recommend being especially careful in that area! Otherwise, it was a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood and I would certainly...
