"Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. "

"We loved our stay at Villa L'Auberge. Situated just down the hill from the main hotel, the Villas are spacious, newly updated and have nice outdoor patios. We got a great value for our travel dollar here. The unit fit our family of 3 comfortably for 4 nights and was a solid choice for a centrally located basecamp. "2 teenage boys and 3 adults for a quick weekend visit to DelMar for a lacrosse tournament. Place had everything needed to cook a big meal, beds were comfy and everything was very clean. 3 rd room had two sets of bunks which were a bit small for our big boys but they are teenagers and can sleep anywhere -would be great for little ones.
